Doordash created something completely different for the gig sphere: ‘Dashcorps’ offered the flexibility of gig work, with the stability of a 9-5, plus a host of other perks (gear, benefits, stable pay). But they were new, had 0 brand recognition, and therefore had a tough time meeting their potential in hiring.
They needed a platform that spoke to the current offerings of the business to attract new talent for their courier service, but could also flex to fit their future roadmap and new audiences. What we came up was ‘Work With More.’ It launched in New York with a targeted OOH and social campaign, followed up with a docu-style testimonial series that hit their key RTB’s with a first-person authenticity.
