Credit Karma’s main user base has always been folks in the process of building their credit. In research, we found that trying to get approved for the right credit card can leave them feeling surprisingly stressed and unsure. Thankfully, Credit Karma gave better, smarter approval odds than the competitors. ‘Card Confident’ became the strategy; the broadcast campaign ‘Know Your Odds’ is an absurd, eye-catching exploration of that theme.
